Well we went up to Northern California to the Redwoods and the coast. We loved it. It was very green. Not super cold and not very warm. We went with Doug's brother Chad and his family and his mom. We had a great time being with everyone and enjoying them. The trees are humongous and we loved taking great hikes. The boys were on the look out for sasquatch. We then hiked a fern canyon where these ferns completely covered the wall of the canyon. We basically hiked through the river water. Yes we were completely drenched and we loved it.
We had our Easter egg hunt on the beach that was different and fun.
